Outdoor containerized Alkaline Electrolyzer System container


The containerized alkaline hydrogen production system is a fully pre-integrated green hydrogen generation solution housed within a standard ISO shipping container. Adopting proven alkaline water electrolysis technology, the unit splits deionized water into high-purity hydrogen and oxygen via electrochemical reactions.
All core assemblies, including alkaline electrolyzer stacks, rectifier power units, gas-liquid separation modules, hydrogen purification & drying subsystems, cooling circulation loops, PLC automatic control systems and full explosion-proof safety equipment, are pre-assembled, wired and fully tested in the factory before shipment.
Upon delivery, customers only need to connect external power, deionized water and cooling water pipelines to launch hydrogen production. Complicated on-site civil construction and customized plant setup are eliminated for rapid commissioning. Multiple container units can be operated in parallel to flexibly scale hydrogen output from small distributed sites to large-scale centralized green hydrogen bases.
